Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ballbella account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
